After Hue, and on our way to Hoi An, we visit Ngũ Hành Sơn, the five marble mountains. Each have been named after the 5 elements: water, fire, wood, earth, metal. We visit the biggest one, Thuy Son (Water) where various temple are built on & inside it.

Towards the end, we enter the mountain and visit a template that is hidden inside. It is very easy to miss and actually most visitors don’t go, but it is, by far, the most impressive. It represents Heaven and Hell. There are very scary sculptures of devils in the part that represents hell.
