After our adventure in Kuala Lumpur, we take a plane to go explore the tropical islands of Langkawi and Penang.

Langkawi

A beautiful island, Langkawi has the nickname of Jewel of Kedah (the State in which the island is in). It is easy to understand: clear waters, white sandy beaches, beautiful jungle.

Georgetown, Penang

Next place on our trip is to visit George Town, the capital of the island of Penang. The inner city was founded in 1786 as a British colony and the buildings that remain show the multiple layers of populations that have come and gone. The city is filled with many different kinds of restaurants serving some of the best food in Malaysia.
