After Penang, we leave for the Cameron Highlands, a little retreat in the mountains/hills in the center of the country. The temperature is much cooler. It is surrounded by rainforests. The Cameron Highlands are famous for its tea, it’s orchids and it’s strawberries (unique to Malaysia). There are a lot of well marked hiking paths so it’s fun to explore the area.
